Professional welding for mechanical installations
Welding is at the heart of a heavy-wall installation. Water Force B.V. welds pipework and joints for heating and chilled water systems, both prefabricated and on site, with attention to preparation, alignment and inspection of every joint.

Welding heavy-wall pipework
In heavy-wall pipework the quality of each joint determines the reliability of the whole installation. That is why we invest time in preparation, alignment, root gap and heat input. The result is pressure-tight joints that sit cleanly within the route.
Where possible we prefabricate pipe sections. Prepared sections are made to size and installed on site, which shortens installation time, reduces work at height and delivers a more consistent result.
Part of the complete installation
Our welding is never isolated work. It is part of the full installation process: routing, supports, jointing technique, valves and pressure testing.
- Welding of steel and heavy-wall pipe systems
- Prefabrication of pipe sections and bends
- Connections to manifolds, pump sets and valves
- Combining welded and grooved jointing techniques
- Installation and pressure testing after welding
- 01
Setting out
Measuring the route and defining sections, bends and connection points.
- 02
Preparation
Clean cutting, bevelling and alignment before any welding starts.
- 03
Welding
Executing joints with consistent quality and inspection during the work.
- 04
Inspection and testing
Visual inspection and pressure testing of the pipework after installation.

What we focus on
- Clean preparation of every joint
- Correct alignment of the pipe route
- Craftsmanship and consistent execution quality
- Inspection and pressure testing as standard practice
- What kind of welding do you carry out?
- Welding of steel and heavy-wall pipe systems within mechanical installations, such as heating and chilled water pipework in commercial buildings and industry.
- Do you work with prefabrication?
- Where the project allows, we prefabricate pipe sections. This speeds up site installation and delivers a more consistent result.
- Can you weld on site?
- Yes. We carry out welding on the project location, including inside plant rooms and on existing pipework networks.
- Is the pipework tested after welding?
- Yes. After installation the pipework is pressure tested and visually inspected before commissioning.
