Pipework for commercial buildings, industry and external works
Pipework is a discipline in its own right. Water Force B.V. installs complete pipe routes: technical pipework through buildings, drainage and sewer lines, branches and connections. We define the route, handle the setting out and install so the system stays accessible and manageable afterwards.

Pipe routes and technical pipework
The route determines how an installation performs. Diameters, direction changes, branches and supports are worked out in advance, so pipework runs logically through the building or across the site without clashing with other disciplines.
We install steel, galvanised and plastic pipe systems using welded, grooved and solvent-welded jointing techniques — from horizontal routes across commercial floors to vertical risers and buried or external pipework.
Drainage, sewer lines and connections
On the drainage side, falls, ventilation, access points and supports determine whether the system keeps working without issues. We deliver drainage and sewer pipework as a full technical discipline, separate from sanitary fit-out.

What we focus on
- Logical routing and clean setting out
- Correct falls and ventilation on drainage lines
- Accessibility of branches and access points
- Coordination with structural openings and other disciplines
- What does pipework cover at Water Force?
- All technical pipe systems: routes through buildings, drainage and sewer lines, industrial pipework and pipework on external sites. Sanitary appliances and fit-out fall under our sanitary installations service.
- What is the difference between pipework and sanitary installations?
- Pipework is about transport: routes, diameters, joints and drainage. Sanitary installations cover the provisions themselves, such as concealed cisterns, outlets and appliances.
- Do you work outdoors and below ground?
- Yes. We deliver pipework on external sites and in civil and water works projects, including ducting and connections.
- Can you modify existing routes?
- Yes. Rerouting, extending and replacing existing pipe routes is carried out in phases, including in buildings that remain in use.
