Specialists in heavy-wall pipework
Heavy-wall pipe systems are used where pressures, temperatures and operational reliability go beyond residential standards. That calls for different materials, different jointing techniques and different support systems. We work daily with heavy-wall steel pipework, grooved coupling systems and welded joints in commercial and industrial heating installations.
Our installers cover the entire process: setting out, routing, bracketry, expansion provisions, pressure testing and controlled commissioning. As a result, pipework connects cleanly to boilers, heat exchangers, pumps and manifolds, even where the plant room is tight.
Complete heating systems
A heating installation is more than pipework. We build up manifolds, pump sets, valves, control valves, measurement and filling provisions, and connect the heat emission systems. Everything is arranged logically, mounted accessibly and finished clearly, so operation and maintenance stay straightforward.

- What are heavy-wall heating installations?
- They are heating systems built with thicker-walled pipework, used in commercial buildings and industry where higher pressures, larger diameters and long service life are required.
- Do you also work on existing installations?
- Yes. We carry out extensions, modifications and replacements on existing heating systems and pipework networks, including in buildings that remain in use.
- Do you deliver the complete plant room pipework?
- Yes. From manifolds, pump sets and valves through to the distribution pipework into the building, coordinated with the other building services disciplines.
